Reporting Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Provide reports and data analysis to clients in the manufacturing and consumer retail industry on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
Develop and design reports and analytical tools with cross functional Teams and Clients
Help define business and process requirements and manage deliverables, expectations and time sensitive deadlines
Extract data from various source systems and data stores by performing business coding in SQL and VBA
Automate data extraction and manipulation work
Monitor data quality and document data issues
Assist in developing our clients selling stories to help them drive sales and profitability by utilising analytics

Your Journey and Assets You Would Bring
Exceptional MS Excel is a must
Intermediate to Advanced VBA experience
2 year of advanced SQL experience
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a very fast paced environment
Experience in meeting strict deadlines

Retail Analyst

Job Responsibilities
• Run weekly and monthly reports and analysis on Retail Link, Top Shelf, IRI and etc…
• Develop a good understanding of assigned categories
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis in addition to ad hoc requests
• Measure and audit key activities, track progress and explore opportunities
• Create all planograms necessary using Space Planning Software to fulfill Account requests
• Ensure planograms are published in accordance with the Account planogram calendar.
• Create and collect documentation to back-up category reviews.
• Create and analyze planogram financial sales to back-up and monitor planogram revisions.
• Work cross functionally to assist any team member that needs additional support in achieving daily production.
• Manage Account planograms to support any product speed to market and category shelving initiatives

Your Journey and Assets You Would Bring
• Minimum of 5 years CPG experience.
• Experience in Retail Link, Top Shelf and IRI
• JDA knowledge & Nielsen experience
• Shelf management experience
• Exceptional Excel Skills

Category Manager

Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, develop internal and external team with Category Management knowledge and principals
• Liaise with senior management teams on the retail and vendor side to leverage insights and analytics to identify business trends as well as make strategic business recommendations
• Apply critical thinking to facilitate, develop and implement comprehensive strategic business plans that will deliver results for our clients

Required Qualifications

Senior Manager, Business Development – Wine, Spirits and Beer

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage existing key clients and ensure they remain satisfied and positive; grow and retain these key customers by presenting new solutions and services.
• Interact directly with new potential clients, ultimately converting them into customers including setting up meetings between with decision makers.
• Provide leadership to Category Managers and Analysts, through category management principals, motivation, coaching, skill development, product knowledge, industry knowledge, competitive knowledge, and performance management.
• Work with the Agencies, Suppliers and Retailers to create the best programs to help them drive sales and profitability with our world class technologies and outstanding analytics.
• Help develop the sales and marketing plan.

The ideal candidate must have:
• Ability to earn trust, be biased for action, and an in-depth ability to deep dive on category data to drive for results.
• Possess a business development and sales background in Beverage Alcohol Industry that enables you to drive an engagement and interact at the highest levels of large organizations as well as small companies.
• Ability to strategically Influencing different stakeholders & cross functional teams.
• Will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on sales plays and initiatives.
• Account Management experience with Liquor Boards.
