Analyticsmart is a boutique analytics firm in the Consumer Package Goods Industry in Canada and the United States. Our mission is to translate data into meaningful, measurable, and actionable insights that drive growth and increase profitability for businesses. We provide smart analytical services and solutions that are tailored to our client’s specific business needs and are easy to implement. Analyticsmart was founded in 2009. We currently have offices in Toronto, Montreal, and New York City. We are financially prudent as we are a successful bootstrapped company looking forward to growing in larger markets.

- Making outbound B2B sales calls and consistently achieving and or exceeding outbound call targets as directed by Management.
- Developing strong business relationships with current and prospective clients and leveraging these relationships to establish additional clients for the Company.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related field.
- At least 3 years of solid Sales experience.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CPG industry, staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to better serve clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG sector, targeting key decision-makers and building strong relationships with potential clients to bring in the first next client within 90 days of employment.
- Conduct client needs assessments, recommending tailored technology solutions that address specific pain points and drive value for customers in the CPG industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customized tech solutions for CPG clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential, continually expanding the scope of services provided to existing clients to bring in $1M new business in the first year of employment.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a strong track record of success in the CPG tech sales space.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and concerns, and reply to their inquiries within 1 business day.
- Leverage CRM tools and Zoominfo to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and cold outreach to prospects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in the CPG tech sales market.
- Collaborate with peers and management to share best practices, discuss challenges, and strategize innovative approaches to driving sales in the CPG tech sector.
- Coordinate the sales cycle, conduct product demonstration and develop and manage sales channels.
- 3+ years of experience in Account management and sales, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods Industry.
- Demonstration of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders for long-term profitability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and leads simultaneously, and prioritize urgent matters as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, and ability to work independently without supervision.

- Liaising with senior management teams on the retail and vendor side to leverage insights and analytics to identify business trends as well as make strategic business recommendations.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Overseeing the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Analyticsmart’s solutions, keeping customer experience at par.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience into Category management, with a strong track record of managing and growing customer relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous Account management experience with major Canadian or American Retailers
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, with a preference for experience in Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Canadian and American Retail & manufacturing Channels.

- Design and develop high-impact, user-friendly Tableau dashboards that present complex data in an accessible, visual format.
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and create tailored visualizations to drive data driven insights.
- Research, implement, and evolve Tableau best practices, including visualization design principles and automation standards.
- Train internal and external teams on Tableau tools and visualization techniques.
- Optimize SQL queries to support dashboard performance, ensuring security, availability, and data integrity.
- Manage Tableau Server, including setting up data connections, refresh schedules, and governance for efficient access and usage.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of data processes and visualization techniques.

- 5-8 years of advanced Tableau development experience with a strong focus on data visualization.
- Proven experience designing and delivering intuitive, data-driven visualizations in Tableau.
- Expertise in Tableau Server management, including governance, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in data analysis, including data collection, validation, and business insights.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and experience optimizing SQL for visualization performance.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and design using SSIS.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and optimize server performance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience managing user access and permissions on Tableau Server.
