The Opportunity
We are looking for a solid hustler to join us a Business Development Representative. Someone with a “go-getter” attitude with a strong understanding of the sales process and building relationships. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase the Company offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with cold calling and attending networking events, it’s essential that the representative has a personable and professional approach.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  •  Making outbound B2B sales calls and consistently achieving and or exceeding outbound call targets as directed by Management.
  • Developing strong business relationships with current and prospective clients and leveraging these relationships to establish additional clients for the Company.
  • Following up on leads and developing a strategy to maintain accurate client information.
  • Attending networking events and trade shows
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build new business by selling new technologies and the Company.
  • Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding, and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies presented to you by management.
  • Possess in-depth industry knowledge and be able to build relationships and relay appropriate information with potential customers.
Qualifications & Experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related field.
  • At least 3 years of solid Sales experience.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and internal team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task while having a structured and organized approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A “can do” attitude with a passion for sales.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a solid hustler with a varied and deep experience in Account development to join us as a Account Executive. Looking for someone who shall be responsible for providing world class Software Solutions and Consulting Services to Canadian and American Retailers and Manufacturers in the Consumer Package Goods Industry. This role will also guide efforts to establish a strategic path towards growth; analyzing and capturing new opportunities where Analyticsmart can develop sustainable profit and growth excellence for new customers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CPG industry, staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to better serve clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG sector, targeting key decision-makers and building strong relationships with potential clients to bring in the first next client within 90 days of employment.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, recommending tailored technology solutions that address specific pain points and drive value for customers in the CPG industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customized tech solutions for CPG clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential, continually expanding the scope of services provided to existing clients to bring in $1M new business in the first year of employment.
  •  Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a strong track record of success in the CPG tech sales space.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and concerns, and reply to their inquiries within 1 business day.
  • Leverage CRM tools and Zoominfo to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and cold outreach to prospects.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in the CPG tech sales market.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to share best practices, discuss challenges, and strategize innovative approaches to driving sales in the CPG tech sector.
  • Coordinate the sales cycle, conduct product demonstration and develop and manage sales channels.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Account management and sales, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods Industry.
  • Demonstration of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders for long-term profitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and leads simultaneously, and prioritize urgent matters as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Space Planner with Analyticsmart, you would primarily be responsible for managing various space planning & planogram initiatives across different categories to drive effective growth. This is a high impact role which requires an excellent integrated understanding of merchandising and retail sales concepts. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate and organize all activities related to space management according to categories.
Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Managing Space Planning process with clients to meet the necessary deadlines, standards, and accuracy expectations.
  • Developing, improving, and managing planograms and merchandising best practices for our client’s sales and marketing departments.
  • Creating planograms using JDA space management software.
  • Partnering and supporting the client planning team with space insights to drive the merchandising strategy including new department and store concepts.
  • Supporting Planning Initiatives with a multitude of analysis such as: financials, capacity, store listings etc.
  • Obtaining all information necessary to enable planogram production.
  • Developing a good understanding of assigned categories.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis in addition to ad hoc requests .
  • Measuring and auditing key activities, tracking progress and exploring opportunities.
  • Creating all planograms necessary using Space Planning Software to fulfill Account requests.
  • Ensuring planograms are published in accordance with the Account planogram calendar.
  • Creating and collecting documentation to back-up category reviews.
  • Creating and analyzing planogram financial sales to back-up and monitor planogram revisions.
  • Working cross functionally to assist any team member that needs additional support in achieving daily production.
  • Managing Account planograms to support any product speed to market and category shelving initiatives.
Relevant Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4-6 years of experience in managing space planning or planogram initiatives
  • Category Management experience
  • 4-5 years of CPG experience
  • JDA knowledge & Nielsen experience
  • Exceptional MS Excel Skills
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and analytics software
  • Strong analysis, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

The Opportunity
As a Space Planner / Planogram Analyst with Analyticsmart, you would primarily be responsible for assisting the team with all planogram-related activities. You will be working with cross-functional teams to provide support for achieving daily production targets and assist with category shelving initiatives. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate and organize all activities related to space management according to categories.
Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Obtaining all information necessary to enable category and planogram production.
  • Developing a good understanding of assigned categories.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day operations pertaining to clients’ needs in achieving daily production.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis in addition to ad hoc requests.
  • Measuring and auditing key activities, tracking progress and exploring opportunities.

The Opportunity
As an Analyst with Analyticsmart, you would primarily be responsible for collecting, and reviewing data and using the findings to optimize processes and develop stronger, more effective business strategies for our clients. You will also provide support in Business Intelligence platform development and managing client dashboards. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating reports and presentations and summarize complex information.
Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting weekly POS reports to understand key performance drivers and to provide understanding on sales, profit, and inventory analysis.
  • Assisting in the development & analysis of business plans, including opportunity assessments, industry benchmarking & gap analysis.
  • Optimizing promotional and operational efforts through the analysis and prediction of sales trends and markets.
  • Analyzing and monitoring scorecards using Customer specific Data tools (e.g., Retail link).
  • Identifying and implementing sales analysis that will meet the
  • information needs of the customer and influence the decision-making process of product listings.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Managing the flow of items to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery to the team and avoid any surplus or insufficiencies.
  • Providing advice to develop strategies for boosting revenue, developing promotional campaigns, and sales priorities.
  • Supporting the team to launch innovations in stores and on digital platforms.

Relevant Qualifications & Skills:
  • College or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in the food and/or CPG industries
