We are looking for a seasoned leader to join as Team Lead – Full Stack Development who excels in bridging business needs with technical execution, while leveraging our tech stack to deliver impactful solutions. This high-impact role involves leading a team of front-end and back-end developers, managing technical projects, and translating client requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of React.js (front-end), Node.js, Python (back-end), and full-stack developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and developers, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
  • Oversee project execution by defining milestones, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive productivity and team alignment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices across the tech stack.
  • Design scalable and robust technical solutions using React.js, Node.js, Python, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, BI, and Sales teams to align technical implementations with business and customer objectives. 
  • Identify potential risks or roadblocks early and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of technical processes, project updates, and architectural decisions for internal and client-facing purposes. 

  

Qualifications & Experience 

  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development (front-end & back-end), with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, and related frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL, and other databases.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects with a hands-on approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to navigate technical and business challenges.

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate high-quality outbound leads for our sales team. You’ll engage decision-makers, schedule sales meetings, and build relationships with key prospects across North America.

What you’ll do

  • Educate & Engage – Communicate our value proposition, focusing on fast ROI and
  • competitive advantages.
  • Set Up Meetings – Book qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • CRM & Reporting – Maintain accurate records in CRM, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate – Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, CPG, retail technology, enterprise sales or B2B sales development.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills—you can engage senior decision
  • makers.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot,6Sense, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in Canva Pro.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will own net-new revenue across the United States for mid-market and enterprise retailers and CPG brands. You will develop pipeline through targeted outbound and relationship-led selling, run demos and workshops, lead pilots, and close contracts that typically sit in the $150K–$5M ARR range.

You will sell to a multi-stakeholder buying committee spanning Store Operations, Merchandising/Category, Field Leadership, Supply Chain, IT/Data, and Finance-anchoring the value case on measurable outcomes like improved availability, faster resets, higher compliance, and reduced rework.


Responsibilities and Duties

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

  • Build and execute a target account strategy to expand presence across key retail and CPG segments in the United States.
  • Proactively engage prospective customers, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and convert early conversations into qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships while continuously expanding your network to accelerate deal momentum and shorten sales cycles.

 

Consultative Discovery & Value Mapping

  • Lead structured discovery to understand customer priorities, uncover underlying challenges, and align Analyticsmart’s solutions to the outcomes that matter most.
  • Translate pain points into a clear business case supported by measurable value (e.g., revenue impact, operational efficiency, and execution improvement).

 

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through negotiation and close.
  • Align stakeholders, define success criteria, and drive a clear path to decision to close new ARR in the $150K–$5M range.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and support strong early outcomes post-sale.

 

CRM Discipline & Forecasting

  •  Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in CRM tools to support clear visibility, prioritization, and execution.
  • Deliver reliable forecasting and maintain consistent pipeline coverage to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Use available prospecting and research tools to improve targeting, prioritization, and outreach effectiveness.

 

Market Presence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build brand credibility through participation in relevant industry and customer engagements across the United States.
  • Share structured customer insights internally to support continuous improvement across product, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Account management and sales, preferably in the Consumer Package Goods Industry or a Tech sales organization.
  • Demonstration of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders for long-term profitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and leads simultaneously, and prioritize urgent matters as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, and ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to deliver business results and provide prompt solution to client needs.

Preferred Qualifications, but not required:

  • Fluency in French
